As a HR Co-ordinator your main responsibilities will include:

-Accurately assessing pre-employment screening checks on employees such as references, criminal records and financial checks
-Working closely with our external provider for pre-employment screening and our customers to ensure all forms are accurate and correct
-Providing a professional and efficient transactional based HR service to all Sky people
-Accurately entering data into the HR system - People Soft
-Engaging with wider HR to plan in, and support the delivery of key pieces of work
-Working closely with other teams in HR Operational Delivery, and wider HR Services to deliver our service
-Providing a world class customer experience on all interactions
-Securely handling all data in line with Sky's internal policies & procedures, and Data Protection legislation
-Driving success through identifying and implementing continuous process improvements
-Contributing to the overall operational delivery of the function, adhering to Service Level Agreements
