WORK IN A DYNAMIC AND CHANGING ENVIRONMENT - OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL WITH BACKGROUND IN MANAGING CUSTOMER AND CLIENT EXPECTATIONS. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT FRONT - LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEAL WITH ENQUIRIES FROM CLIENTS TO ENSURE A TIMELY, ACCURATE AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE ADDRESSING AND RESOLVING ENQUIRIES IN RECRUITMENT, PAYROLL, HR AND OTHER BUSINESS SERVICES.

Skills and experience:

- Solid background in providing excellent Customer Service and dealing with HR and payroll issues
- You will have worked on KPI and SLA agreements with high call volumes
- Speed and accuracy in Data entry is essential
- Experience in managing high level of demand both of call volume and client expectations
- Good computer skills (Word,Excel,Outlook) and proficient touch typing skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
