HR Change/ Project Management Specialist

Project Manager required for our Central Government client based London Due to the nature of the post preference will be given to those that hold valid DV clearance.

Job Description:

* To provide change management and project management expertise and support for the implementation of reward reform proposals

Key Responsibilities:

* To provide project management and change management expertise to deliver and implement reward reform.

* The individual would be responsible for the production and maintenance of documentation and will ensure that products are delivered in accordance with agreed timescales.

* They will advise the project manager of any deviation from plan, recommend corrective action where necessary and help prepare any exception plans.

* They will ensure that all risks are identified and managed appropriately as directed by the project manager. There will be a requirement to support the validation of reward data used to validate pay reform proposals.

* The individual will advise and fully engage with the change management programme with a view of successfully delivering changes to the current reward system within the timescales set.

* Project/ Change management experience in an HR environment is essential.
