HR CHANGE MANAGER - TUPE/REDUNDANCY

Urgent requirement for a HR Change Manager (ex HR Professional) to manage a large TUPE and redundancy programme as part of a large business integration.

The HR Change Manager to will be required to have a detailed understanding of TUPE and redundancy legislation and of working with trade unions, employee forums and workplace councils

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Ex - HR Professional with a strong understanding of Change Management

Detailed understanding of TUPE and redundancy legislation and of working with trade unions, employee forums and workplace councils

Proven track record managing large TUPE projects, redundancies, office moves and a close working with trade unions

Strong Change management skills and understanding of how to deliver and communicate the change

The main purpose of the role will be to:
. Advise the design team on detailed requirements
. Identify all communication/consultation approaches
. Prepare any statutory documentation
. Develop detailed communication and consultation documentation
. Co-ordinate engagement with trade unions, representative bodies & work place councils
. Provide ongoing guidance to the business and to enact the above
