Our client, one of the UK's largest retail banks, is seeking an HR Change Manager to work effectively with teams across HR and across the business to execute the TUPE transfer.

You will be responsible for:

-

Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the provision of advice and analysis to inform business decisions and anticipate and provide solutions.
-

Delivering technical advice and guidance, anticipating and providing solutions to a range of problems to facilitate effective people management practices and project delivery.

-

Educate and enable business leaders to understand and manage the implications of change to enable a positive colleague experience.

-

Manage and minimise operational and people risks and deliver regulatory compliance

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- TUPE experience, good stakeholder management experience
