HR Change Manager - Local Government

My client is currently looking to recruit a SAP HR Change Manager to manage and lead on HR related projects.

You will:
Design, develop and implement new business processes through the continuous improvement of HR policies and systems.
Ensure the effective delivery of HR projects to time and budget working with internal or external suppliers as necessary
Work with other teams to support the operation on systems, policy and processes.
Monitor and manage all aspects of project(s) as detailed using agreed project management methodology on behalf of a project board. Responsible for delivering complex projects on time, in budget and to the specified quality. These projects can be HR, SAP or other business related projects as identified by the business.
Produce project plans, highlight reports, project reports, identify and manage issues and risks. Escalating according to the agreed project management methodology.
Analyse complex business requirements, identify options, prepare complex business case(s) and work with SAP Consultants and Services to design, develop and implement new business processes.
During the Project life cycle to have a key decision making role in discussions and meetings, consulting either the project sponsor or the HR Manager (HR and Payroll Systems Team) as appropriate. (Often challenging senior stakeholders and presenting to a project board alternatives that are sensitive and complex)
Preparation and delivery of communication and stakeholder plans and messages to ensure that risk is minimised to deliver change in a positive way. This also involves presenting complex business processes and decisions to a variety of audiences eg Transformation project teams, SAP governance board etc.
To manage tests of re-engineered and new processes to ensure they will deliver expected benefits and provide appropriate support to user acceptance testing of processes and associated deliverables. (Systems consultants)

To be considered, you will need the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable track record of delivering projects corporate wide and in other specialist HR areas
Significant track record of delivering corporate wide and people wide HR/systems projects
Specific experience in working with a large scale HR ERP package
Specific experience in working with corporate wide HR projects
Maintains a strong and up to date knowledge of current and future developments in HR packages and/or evidence of maintaining current knowledge in SAP Payroll and HCM
