HR CHANGE MANAGER/PROCESS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT

We have an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced HR Change Manager/Process Improvement Consultant to work within the Shared Service function of a large financial services provider who have operations throughout the UK.

Based in Cheshire this position is expected to last a minimum of 3 months.

Supported by a technical systems team the ideal candidate will have strong recent experience of implementing process improvements as well as automated systems within a shared service environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation with the potential for future interim/permanent opportunities.
