HR CHANGE MANAGER (FINANCIAL SERVICES, BIRMINGHAM £400 P/D)

We are looking to recruit a HR Change Manager for an opportunity with a financial services organisation based out of Birmingham. The successful HR Change Manager will be responsible for producing & delivering the HR plan to deliver the people aspects of a major change programme.

Furthermore the HR Change Manager will support the identification of the people impacts of the project, provide objective challenge and sounding board, project shaping, scope & tracking, working closely with a range of stakeholders. Finally, the successful HR Change Manager will also manage the navigation through HR project governance, business case and benefit tracking. Employee Relations and HR legal interface and union engagement experience is essential for this position.

HR Change Manager Criteria:

- HR project management experience essential - employee relations, HR legal interface and union engagement experience all essential
- Above HR experience within the financial services market also essential
- Strong stakeholder management
- Analytical in approach
- Ability to influence
- Attention to detail
