HR Change Manager/ER Specialist

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support our NHS client through a period of exciting change.

The role requires and individual to provide support for two days per week and these days can be flexible depending on your other commitments.

Due to a change management project involving the re-structure of a service within this organisation, a number of employees working terms and conditions could be impacted. Therefore, our client needs an individual with HR change experience dedicated to this project to help manage the HR element of the project.

Areas you will be responsible for include:

- Identifying those effected by the change
- Production of supporting HR documentation
- Managing the consultation process
- Managing the communications

I am keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background managing or supporting change projects within the NHS from an HR perspective.

You should be available to start this assignment no later than 13th of May 2013.
