OUR CLIENT, A LARGE BANKING ORGANISATION IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT AN EXPERIENCED HR CHANGE MANAGER TO JOIN A LARGE SCALE CHANGE PROJECT IN BRISTOL.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Production and ongoing management of the business change plan for the Castle Programme, ensuring the implications of the changes on recipient groups is understood and factored into the business change approach and plan
- Production of colleague journeys' to clearly outline the impact of changes for different colleague groups
- Provide SME support to Castle Programme workstreams in all aspects of business change/implementation planning and delivery
- Provide materials as required for Programme and Business stakeholders in relation to the Castle Programme Business Change Plan
- Lead the production of colleague and/or line manager support materials, in conjunction with content SMEs, in line with the agreed business change plan
- Identification and management of key stakeholders within HR and across the business in relation to this activity

- Identifies an appropriate communication style and media to communicate in a way that suits the message and the needs of the audience.
- Identify and define a business change approach that aligns with company values
- Manages meetings and events, facilitates discussions that result in clear conclusions and defined actions.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, proposals, implications.

DELIVERING CHANGE AND IMPROVEMENT

- Ability to drive and land change efficiently and effectively
- Identifies and anticipates all aspects of change and outcomes barriers to ensure successful implementation; Ensure high performance is maintained whilst change is taking place.
- Understand the emotional impact of change

MANAGING RELATIONSHIP

- Anticipates reactions and concerns of stakeholders and works with them to overcome these.
- Understands the needs of a diverse stakeholder base, including shareholders, colleagues, customers and regulatory bodies
- Ability to build strong working relationships with the project and HR management teams, and wider business representatives.

PLANNING AND ORGANISING

- Ensures plans are aligned to Programme and/or business goals and values. 

*Candidates must be prepared to contract in Bristol and will ideally have experience working in financial services.
