HR CHANGE MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A leading Retail Bank based in Birmingham is seeking an HR CHANGE MANAGER to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for producing & delivering the HR plan to deliver the people aspects of the project, key accountabilities include:

- Support the identification of the people impacts of the project,
- Provide objective challenge and sounding board,
- Project shaping, scope & tracking,
- Stakeholder management,
- Navigation through HR project governance,
- Business case and benefit tracking,
- Employee Relations and HR legal interface,
- Union engagement.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Stakeholder management,
- HR project management,
- HR skills and knowledge,
- Banking experience.

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
