Projektbeschreibung
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver strategic and organisational design, development and management of quality HR support and services to ensure that change initiatives within the organisation are achieved.
Relevant qualification in HR a must. Minimum of 5 years experience in HR. Knowledge of relevant UK legislation including; TULRCA, Employment Relations Act, DDA etc. The successful candidate will have experience of working with Trade Unions and Project management experience. The candidate will be expected to provide a high-level of specialist HR advice, guidance and support that arise with change management.
