HR Change Consultant

Our client a leading mobile telecommunications operator is looking for a HR Change Consultant for the implementation of process for their multi-channel reward project changes. To provide expert advice and support for business ER change and specialist guidance, support and case management on high risk, complex ER issues.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the consultation and implementation processes for the sales multi-channel reward project changes
- Be an expert for business leaders and managers for ER issues
- Provide advice and support to line managers for complex ER issues
- Working with the business on organsational change that may result in consultation
- Develop and deliver training programmes to help upskill management on legislation and the management of ER issues
- Develop strong working relationships with Business Partners and Business Leaders to develop excellent understanding of commercial business drivers in the focus business areas
- Work in partnership with the Policy Manager, providing insight on People Policies and Guidelines.

The HR Change Consultant needs to have operational experience and specific skills and interest in Employee Relations. Demonstrable experience of working on high risk and high complexity ER cases to successful resolution. HR experience needed in a fast paced environment, ideally in mobile telecoms, retail or IT related industries. Have strong organisational skills and influence business. Also looking for a HR Change Consultant who is CIPD qualified.
