I have an exciting opportunity available with a large Healthcare Systems provider, looking to appoint the services of a senior HR specialist.
You will be tasked with helping to deliver a large ESR project my clients customer, as such prior experience with ESR would be advantageous.
The core element of the role will be to help establish the company's HR strategy, with a view on technology, for the next 4-5 years. Drawing on your experience from a range of different organisations, you will be able to demonstrate and put forward, innovative and forward-thinking suggestions.
Previous experience working in a Healthcare environment would be advantageous but not essential.
