HR Change Analyst

OUR KEY GLOBAL CLIENT URGENTLY REQUIRE A CHANGE ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR TEAM IN KINGSTON ON A CONTRACT BASIS TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESS CHANGE RESULTING FROM HR AND PAYROLL SYSTEM TRANSITIONS.

They are looking to replace their current global PeopleSoft system with Workday, and outsource some of the Payroll work. This programme aims to streamline and make our processes and services more efficient in order to simplify HR and drive a self-service culture. As a result the change effort is significant.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- The Change Analyst will need to work closely with the Change Team, Functional Leads, Key Stakeholders to create change and communication deliverables.
- Support the preparation, go live and stabilisation of WORKDAY, CORNERSTONE and PAYROLL projects under the programme.
- Create key COMMUNICATION MATERIALS for the use with senior stakeholder groups
- Preparation, Recording and Running Live DEMONSTRATIONS OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES
- CO-ORDINATION OF CHANGE Activities to be undertaken through Deployment Network
- TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS & creation of training materials
- Facilitation of local change impact assessments
- Development of business readiness assessments
- Development of End User Materials

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRE

- Experience working on significant MULTI-NATIONAL CHANGE INITIATIVES.
- Experience working in large multi-national projects
- Experience of CREATING CREDIBLE CHANGE MANAGEMENT COLLATERALS
- Project & Change Management
- STAKEHOLDER alignment & management
- Experience using PEOPLESOFT, WORKDAY OR CORNERSTONE technology would be highly advantageous.
- Confidence to handle new technologies and teach others
- Ability to communicate confidently, simply and cross culturally
- Ability to implement robust change activities
