My client is urgently seeking a HR Change Adviser to be actively involved in setting communication strategy, selection/de selection process and formal consultation and briefings.
The successful candidate must have successful experience in supporting line managers with change programmes, be highly business and customer focused, be able to work under your own initiative, Proven ability of using HR Interventions to drive performance and have experience of effective negotiations.
You must also be competent to the equivalent of an associate CIPD level.
