Our Client, a South West London Borough Council, is looking to appoint a HR Change Adviser to join its Strategic HR & Organisational Development team.

You will work to ensure the development and delivery of HR support and its services so that change initiatives are achieved. You will have extensive strategic and organisational design and development experience and preferably have worked on public sector reorganisations.

To be considered for this role you will have experience and knowledge of:

- Relevant UK legislation including: TULRCA, Employment Relations Act, Equality Act etc.
- Broad, generalist HR experience
- Employment Relations experience, including reorganisation/redundancy exercises
- Trade Unions
- Project management

You will need to be commercially focused and hold a CIPD qualification with a proven track record in strategy development, project management, change management and service delivery ideally for Local Government.
