For this role it is essential that you have:
*Experience of Human Resources or Payroll work
*Experienced user of IT, including MS Office including Word and Excel
*Experience of administrative duties and casework
*Good communication skills, both written and oral
Desirable
*Working knowledge of Oracle or other HR databases.
*Knowledge of Lotus Notes or other e-mail.
It is desirable that you have CPP or CIPD qualified or are willing to work towards either qualification.
