HR Case Management Specialist

Grievances, Disciplinary, Capability, Absence

A Case Management Specialist is required for my client in Derby with broad knowledge of the HR practice in Case Management, particularly in full Cradle to grave case management (Grievances, Disciplinary, Capability and Absence management). Qualification in CIPD or equivalent would be ideal.

DAY RATE - £150-£160 PER DAY

DURATION - 6 MONTHS

START DATE - ASAP

LOCATION - DERBY

OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will have previously worked in a highly unionised environment and must have full Cradle to grave case management experience, not just support experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Will provide case support to both HR & Hiring Managers (Dealing with Grievances, Disciplinary, Capability and Absence management).
- Able to proactively assist in the investigation of current cases.
- Provide administrative support (typing, taking notes, etc.) - My client is a highly Unionised environment the correct processes must be adhered to and this has an impact of the level administrative work required.
- Provide training/coaching to the Hiring Manager. This will assist the business when dealing with future Disciplinary/Absence matters.
