HR Call Centre Operative

My client provides IT communication services to customers across the UK and Europe. Based in Bletchley they're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

I'm currently looking for HR Call Operatives to join my client's fast-growing team. In this new role, you'll focus on delivering HR support to company employees. At the same time, you'll be expected to work in partnership with colleagues across the business and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to work with an industry-leader.

I'm looking for someone with a background in HR services or studying towards a HR qualification and experience of working within a customer service environment. In addition, you'll be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail alongside having an understanding of HR processes.
