I am looking to hire HR BUSINESS PARTNER SUPPORT for one of my Public Sector Client.

Please read the below job Specification:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Lead and direct Back Office team (implement HR processes and delivering new and revised policies within specified time frames:

Advising and progressing activity associated with: disciplinaries, grievances, pay/allowances, recruitment, (including change of location), performance and or absence management to deliver services to the organisation.

Responsibilities include: Monitoring and progressing recruitment campaigns; well-being and conduct casework etc.

Manage the Redeployment Register to ensure compliance with the process by managers and surplus staff, addressing delays and escalating issues promptly.

Prioritise cases to identify when change in status letters are required; sending out new letters and links to guidance promptly.

Carry out reconciliation exercises with the HR MI team and NGT Recruitment team to ensure that all staff in scope and at risk of not having an NGT role have been identified.

Follow up staff in temporary positions to ensure that they are included in NGT communications when appropriate

Ensure that all new DVSA vacancies are advertised with priority to At Risk and Surplus staff in advance of general DVSA or wider advertisement.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

CIPD qualified - minimum level 3

Competent with all MS Office products and expert user in Excel

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent planning and time management skills

Good communication skills - both written and oral, including the ability to talk to staff and managers who have strong feelings about the redeployment process

HR resourcing experience & managing surplus situations

Experience of working in Civil Service HR
