HR BUSINESS PARTNER/SENIOR HR MANAGER - BANKING. CENTRAL LONDON. 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT. £470 - £530 PER DAY.

Our prestigious Banking client have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner/Senior HR Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.

The role will be working as part of a large change programme within the business that is designed to improve and simplify both the processes within the organisation, but also to improve the service given to the customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and facilitating improvements to processes within the business as well as being the main reference point for HR advice, guidance and support to both specific projects and in BAU activities. This person will also be responsible for the delivery of a number of HR based projects within this wider change programme.

Therefore, the successful candidate must have:

- Strong previous experience of undertaking HR Business Partner/Senior HR Management roles
- Experience of working in Blue Chip environments (Financial Services preferred)
- Extensive knowledge across a range of Human Resources disciplines
- Current experience of working as part of major change programmes
- Experience of delivering HR based projects (Prince 2 certification desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A proven ability to be a self-starter in a challenging environment
- CIPD certification
