JOB DESCRIPTION
- Structural and Cultural organisational change and its impact on people
- Reward and pay round process: Strong analytical ability, numerate with specific Excel skills
- Performance Development
- People Capability build/Talent development: drive the talent review for the business to build people capability
- ER
- HR Transformation
- Apply HR expertise and HR understanding to influence and coach senior business leadership
- Provided a trusted and expert advice and support on HR issues
- Support the business leadership to support a performance culture, aligned to the group behaviours and values
- Strong team player works collaboratively to deliver results also have the ability to work autonomously.
- Able to read situations and apply discretion
- Change Experience and project management experience would be ideal
- Experience of partnering clients in a complex Matrix organisation
