My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently looking for an accomplished HR Business Partner to provide support to their Finance division.

JOB SUMMARY

Working in partnership with senior Business leaders contributing to the development of the business agenda and delivering the associated people plan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Structural and Cultural organisational change and its impact on people
- Reward and pay round process: Strong analytical ability, numerate with specific Excel skills
- Performance Development
- People Capability build/Talent development: drive the talent review for the business to build people capability
- ER
- HR Transformation
- Apply HR expertise and HR understanding to influence and coach senior business leadership
- Provided a trusted and expert advice and support on HR issues
- Support the business leadership to support a performance culture, aligned to the group behaviours and values
- Strong team player works collaboratively to deliver results also have the ability to work autonomously.
- Able to read situations and apply discretion
- Change Experience and project management experience would be ideal
- Experience of partnering clients in a complex Matrix organisation
