HR Business Partners - People Changeyou should be able to understands the message and be able to impart the knowledge in a easy to understand format whilst working closely with Web Development/Marketing teams to ensure all information is easily accessible and accurate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for our global client whilst offering change expertise whilst building transformation and cultural/behavioural change.

Experience and Knowledge sought:
*Specialist knowledge in HR Policy application
*An understanding of design and development of approaches and interventions to engage people through HR transformation.
*Experience with developing change framework and consultations on changes.
*Excellent Communication skills.
*Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
*Development of Relationships with all levels of the business.
*Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a large corporation.
*A familiarity of providing information and service to a varied internal employee base.

It is desirable although not essential that candidates are CIPD qualified as well as having some knowledge of the Defence market.

All successful candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain Security Clearance to SC level.
