HR Business Partner - Outsourcing Project (4667)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - Outsourcing project (4667)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT.
Your Qualifications:
- Knowledge of best practices regarding Outsourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions and Compensation, Benefits
- Understanding of Terms & Conditions related to employment contracts
- Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
- Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
- Fluency in English, German is nice to have
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
- Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders with exposure to Senior Management
- Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
- Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, ie strategic workforce planning
- Manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes
