HR Business Partner - Organisational Design/Transformation/Change Management

Project People are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a leading communications company based in Maidenhead. This is a 6 month contract paying a competitive daily rate (or salary on a FTC basis).

As HR Business Partner you will be supporting the business through a period of transformation, managing organisational change, you will play an essential part in contributing to the strategic company plan.

My client are looking for a strong HRBP with experience in managing organisational change, comfortable working in ambiguity, able to demonstrate good influencing and relationship building skills.

Day to day duties will include:
- Develop cross functional relationships within the business to develop and build business knowledge and commercial awareness
- Effect a strategy and plan that supports the retention, development and succession of employees
- Support and challenge functional opex spend to maximize efficiencies
- Deliver key initiatives and annual HR processes (performance management, employee survey etc)
- Identify appropriate organisational interventions and engage with the relevant Centre of Excellence to ensure HR best practice and people deliverables
- Act as an internal consultant to facilitate and influence change programmes and HR initiatives
- Influence and shape the change agenda
- Coach and advise business leaders through all elements of HR
- Put in place a plan that supports the retention, development and succession of employees
- Deliver key initiatives - including performance management, employment surveys etc
- Work with Centres of Excellence to ensure continuous professional development within the team
- Analyse HR metrics to monitor and manage people related key performance indicators
- HR Operations support

Skills we are looking for:
- CIPD qualified
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
- Background in HR BP/Generalist
