Our prestigious Financial Services client based in Surrey urgently require an experienced HRBP/HR Business Partner to join the business initially for 3 months but with scope for a long term assignment.
This HRBP/HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading a large Organisational Change/restructure programme within the business.
Therefore, the successful candidate will be able to display as many of the following skills/attributes and experience as possible:
- Strong previous experience of undertaking HR Business Partner/HRBP roles as possible (CIPD certification would be preferred)
- Experience of leading large Organisational Change/Restructure programmes
- Experience of working in a large corporate/blue chip environment (Financial Services experience would be preferred)
- The ability to manage and work with difficult internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
