HR Business Partner Job

HR BUSINESS PARTNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GAITHERSBURG, MD.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5) years with a BS/BA
- Experience as an HR generalist with a strong background in the core HR functions
- Experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but not required

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Conducts HR transactions in applicable systems
- Supports the planning and implementation of HR strategies, programs and initiatives
- Provides advice and consultation to management on HR issues, processes, policies and problem resolution
- Works with management and recruiting partners to staff positions as needed
- May serve as an HR business partner to a small client group for all matters concerning Human Resources and People Management
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
- Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information
- Administers human resources policies and procedures
