JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages, facilitates and implements solutions using a consultative approach
- Work in close collaboration with employees, management & Global HR
- Ensures acquisition, development and retention of talent for the present and future by encouraging use of coaching, mentoring, on-the-job learning and training.
- Must be able to address the people factor of business issues.
- Identifies potential roadblocks, opportunities and leverages management/leadership teams, and global/local Centers of Expertise (COEs) to provide input and technology.
- Partners with HR COEs and clients to implement key HR processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning that add value to internal clients and ultimately the external customer.
- Ensures execution of established global human resources policies and procedures throughout the assigned client area.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Seven (7) plus years HR experience including four (4) plus years of experience in a Generalist role preferred
- HR expertise in organization development, talent management and employee relations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately provide alternatives for key business issues
- Effectively demonstrate the LEAD behavior competencies of thinking strategically, leading teams, making decisions, developing people, acting for change, and striving for results
