HR Business Partner - Interim (6 Months)

Description:

My Client, an NHS organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the HR team for 6 months. They are looking for someone who has experience as an all rounder within HR functions including HR service/coaching, managers and staff; ER, organisational change.

Requirements

- Experience of working in a Human Resources function at Business Manager/Partner level.
- Significant relevant experience in a HR environment within NHS
- Experience in HR Performance Management, ER, HR Admin, Training & Development, Equality and Diversity, Professional Practice
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law legislation and ability to apply this to specific cases/real life situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of the application of the Data Protection Act, and confidentiality in relation to Human Resources practice.
- Demonstrable project management experience.
- Available in to start in 1-2 weeks time
