ROLE: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

LOCATION: BRISTOL

DURATION: 6+ Months Initially with possible extension

ESSENTIAL

- Supporting HR Business Partners and SMEs in developing HR solutions to meet people needs, ensuring engagement with appropriate stakeholders
- Working with senior HR colleagues to plan and implement organisational development interventions and change programmes and associated change plans, eg supporting changes to process, structure, leadership, culture change and people capabilities
- Carrying out research on behalf of HR Business Partners and SMEs and producing first drafts of papers and proposals for HR interventions
- Feeding insights and observations to senior HR colleagues to influence strategy
- Supporting organisational change programmes through, for example, the organisation of consultation arrangements, monitoring of redeployment and redundancy processes, and development of options models based upon benchmarking/best practice from elsewhere
