HR Business Partner/HRBP - Financial Services

HR BUSINESS PARTNER/HRBP/SENIOR HR CONSULTANT. GREATER MANCHESTER. 3 MONTHS INITIAL CONTRACT.

£400 - £550 per day.

Our Financial Services client have a requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner/Senior HR Consultant to join their expanding business on an initial 3 month contract.

The purpose of the role will be to guide and lead some of the business' units and departments through a major organisational change and restructure.

Our client require an experienced and seasoned HR professional, who will be able to get up to speed with the business quickly, and work unsupported to deliver and lead some large change programmes within several of the organisation's departments.

Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience of undertaking HR Business Partner/Senior HR Consultant roles
- Extensive experience of leading large/company wide Organsiational Change/Restructure initiatives
- Ability to hit the ground running
- CIPD certification
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Financial Services experience
