HR Business Partner/HR Organisational Design Manager/HR Transformation Project manager
I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a leading telecommunications company based in Berkshire on a 6 month contract.

This is an exciting role with a company going through lots of internal transformation at the moment so we are looking for a strong HR Business Partner who has experience in Organisation design and transformation. You will be reporting to the senior stakeholders within the company.

As the HR Business Partner for Organisation design and transformation you will play a key part in planning and delivering multiple people projects within the organisation. The role will sit within the HR workstream and working with key areas within and outside of HR to ensure key plans are in place and deliverables achieved. Some support to 'Business as usual' activities will also be required.

Your responsibilities will include;
* Contribute to the planning, definition and implementation of a range of people projects across the teams.
* Maintain overall progress of the Transformation people plan, highlighting deliverables that are at risk and taking proactive actions.
* Ensure stakeholder engagement is developed and maintained across all work streams.
* Develop and maintain a risk register and ensure all risks and issues are escalated with options and solutions for resolution.
* Ensure implementation and completion of projects to plan.

Key experience required for the role includes;
* Proven HR Operations experience in a fast paced environment working for a large company.
* Experience of managing large people change projects and consultation.
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of the commercial environment the business is operating within and applying this to work.
* Experience in working on organisational design projects.
* Previous experience of developing a retention and development strategy.
* CIPD Qualifications.
* Ability to convince, influence and persuade others to make decisions and take actions.
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
