KEY SKILLS: HR Business Partner/Change Management/Transformation/HR/Organisational Change

A London based Local Authority is looking for a strong HR candidate to join their Children Schools and Family directorate on an initial 4.5 month interim basis.  Led by a new Cheif Executive with a strong organisational development background, this authority has a strong sence of ambition through transformation and this underpins the authorities emerging vision.

AS a HR Business Partner you will have a critical role in delivering and embedding a large cultural change programme which has been established to transform the authorities ability it's innovative vision.   The HR Business Partners play an important role in driving and delivering organisational development and transformation.

Key Experience

- Experience of planning and delivering HR requirements at Service Level
- Extensive experience of working closely with senior management
- Excellent experience of applying employment law in practice at all levels and being focused on meeting the business.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Understanding of Project or Programme Management methodologies.
