HR Business Partner/HR Advisor - Hampshire - 6 month contract

My client who is a leader in the outsourcing and technology sector is looking for a number of HR business partners or HR business advisors to work on site in their offices in Hampshire.

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner that has had experience in Public sector to take responsibility for developing areas for improvement and implement solutions where necessary, HR life cycle administration including starters and leavers, conducting exit interviews and processing leaver forms, ensure 100% data accuracy on all HRIS and so on

You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with solid exposure to Change Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement. Holding at least your CIPD qualification you must be able to demonstrate operating in a business partner capacity in a truly global environment.
