HR BUSINESS PARTNER - GENERALIST - TELECOMS - CIPD

Recruiting on a contract basis, for a telecoms client close to Coventry, West Midlands.

Looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to provide essential operational support to the business in line with the HR and wider business strategy. The core focus for this role will be to manage the day to day HR operational activity and also take the lead in key HR initiatives such as Reward, Recognition and Performance Management, as well as drive key change programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to the business by building and managing relationships at all levels
- Own and drive HR initiatives such as Reward & Recognition and Performance Management in line with the HR strategy to support the organizational balanced scorecard
- Actively contribute to the HR strategy and provide HR expertise and challenge to the management team.
- Work with business leadership to support key people strategies in line with the business objectives.
- Provide solutions to employee-related challenges while upholding and supporting the mission of the organization.
- Advising and coaching managers on all people related matters, including managing performance and development
- Provide pragmatic and lasting solutions to HR issues in conjunction with the business and the HR Team

EXPERIENCE

- A pro-active self-starter who has successfully managed and implemented HR projects such as Performance, Reward and Recognition which support the business strategy
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and prior experience of business partnering as an HR Generalist across the organisation
- Has worked in a fast past and fluid environment and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- An agent of change with the ability to adapt and flex as changes occur and impact the organisation.
- The ability to understand the commercial challenges and issues that impact HR and the organizational
- Well-versed in current UK labour law, with the ability to apply this to varying situations and scenarios.
- CIPD qualified
