HR Business Partner - GCB 6

My Client is looking for a TALENT ANALYST. The Role holder will have experience within financial services.

RATE: £175-£200 per day
DURATION: 6 months
LOCATION: CANARY WHARF

The role holder would be:

Responsible for the data integrity and data management of talent MI for the UK Bank & Continental Europe
Responsible for analysis and reporting of talent data
Responsible for providing support to talent team on running of talent processes involving data collation
Responsible for providing support to team colleagues on the deployment of talent systems and metrics development
Working closely with IT, colleagues across the UK Bank LTROD teams, the HR Generalists and the GMO Talent team to maximise the use of resources and deliver UK talent management needs
Support the Talent Lead(s) on any additional ad hoc requests to deliver a successful Talent Cycle

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
Good relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to seek out opportunities to improve MI collation & reporting
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Exporting/Importing Macros.
