The NORDIC INVESTMENT BANK is seeking an HR Business Partner with a passion for talent management and employee training.

NORDIC INVESTMENT BANK (NIB) is an international financial institute owned by the Nordic and Baltic countries. The Bank provides long-term loans on market terms to private and public projects that strengthen competitiveness and enhance the environment. NIB has the highest possible credit rating and acquires the fund for its lending by borrowing on the international capital markets. The Banks total assets amount to around EUR 25 billion.

The HR Unit is responsible for staff issues such as recruitment, induction, staff development, wellbeing, compensation, pensions and insurance as well as HR administration. NIB's HR Unit is responsible for providing services for the Bank and its "sister organisations" which altogether include some 300 employees.

If you have a passion for talent management and employee training, this is the perfect role for you. As part of our eight person HR team, you will be responsible for supporting two departments in every day HR activities as well as develop and (potentially) re-invent the talent management processes within the group. This is seen as an important strategic task within the bank and you will have the full support from the HR Director to ensure that you will succeed in your task.

Main responsibilities:
-Act as HR Business Partner for two departmentsResponsible for the development and implementation of talent management processes within the bank. This includes performance management, succession planning and career development
-Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff
-Be in charge of the bank's training activities

Requirements and key competencies:
-Relevant education at university level and work experience (3-5 years would be optimal)
-Proven track record of developing and implementing HR processes and programmes relating to talent management (and such)
-Drive and passion for development, energetic and eager personality with a will to make a change
-Fluency in spoken and written English, Other language skills, especially member country languages, will be seen as an advantage.
