Due to a restructure of a particular division as part of the overall Cost Improvement Plan for this organisation, external HR skills are required to help manage the consultation process.
A naturally resistant client group exists under the circumstances so an empathetic but confident approach is needed.
Skills and experience required:
- Operated as a HR professional within the NHS
- Use to managing complex consultations
- Redundancy management
- Large scale employee relations experience
- HR project experience
- The ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Interviews will take place on the 4th and 5th of July with a start date of the 8th of July
The role is for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.
