IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Partner with the regional functional leaders and their respective functional leadership teams to deliver people strategies, processes and products which ensure that the organizational capability, processes, systems, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals
-Ensure that the implications of the global people strategy is well understood and aligned; and that the HR capability and culture is in place to enable delivery
-Coach and challenge regional leaders to develop the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of their business strategy, and to provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of their leadership capability
-Provide, and develop in others, change management capability to enable leadership team development, business transformation and the ongoing development of the company's unique culture
-Take responsibility for the embedding of robust people management disciplines in the regional functions including talent management, people development, and performance management.
-Strong link with Global HR BP in terms of delivery of organizational change and transformation programmes in alignment with the global and regional HR strategy

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BA degree
-English is a must, a second language is desirable
-HRBP knowledge
-Strong understanding of all Human Resources processes including SBS HR operations
-Ability to influence Global HRBP and HRBP's at territory level
-Ability to play a critical role in transformational changes: good project management skills, together with collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
-Deep knowledge of the business ambition, structure, leadership style, culture and capability to contribute to the successful execution of the global strategies
