HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (DUTCH SPEAKING), 6 MONTHS, EUROS250-300PD AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

A leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for managing global businesses is looking for an HR Business Partner on a initial 6 month contract. The Amsterdam based HRBP role will oversee all elements of Human Resources across the Benelux, supporting this companies growth and management of employees along with being a trusted advisor to local leadership.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

- Partnering with Europe and US-based functional leaders to ensure the human resources implications of business decisions are understood and considered in planning; especially as they add employees in new European countries.
- Work with functional HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (total rewards, recruiting, learning and development, etc.) to ensure the European "voice" is factored into program design; provide consultation to those groups, as requested, on Europe-specific matters.
- Ensure company-wide HR programs are effectively executed in Europe; support training and communication of HR programs and messaging.
- Partner with Recruiting to ensure aggressive hiring goals are achieved, and road blocks to success are mitigated.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, practices, contracts, etc. meet the highest level of legal compliance, and are consistent with the company's values, including localization of employment contracts and benefits as they enter new European countries.
- Support the movement of employees to, from and within Europe, working with Global Mobility.
- Partner with Employee Programs and HRBPs to create, execute and monitor retention and engagement programs; ensure they have a compelling Employee Value Proposition in the region.
- Promote the unique culture in day-to-day activities and interactions; ensure new hires are provided a first-class induction experience.
- As needed, support investigations, performance improvement plans and any terminations.
- Coach and mentor Europe-based leaders at all levels.
- Provide key metrics and analysis to the European Management Team.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

Professional experience in managing a Human Resources function within a fast-moving organization - ideally a technology firm.

Comfortable in a fast growth sales environment.

Credible at executive level.

Fluently bi-lingual in Dutch and English.

Strong preference for experience working in a Dutch/Netherlands office and familiar with Netherlands and Belgium employment law.

High energy positive 'can-do' attitude.
