My Client is a Bank based in Zurich in need of HR Business Partner to support their recruitment processes.
This bank needs a HR Business Partner as they are currently looking to expand their office based in Zurich. You will be closely partnered with managers across the bank to hire new junior professionals and support the training processes.
As the HR Business Partner in Zurich you will be a key part of influencing the bank's hiring and growth strategy.
Essential Experience/Skills required for this Business Analyst job:
- Few years of experience in similar position working for a financial institution (bank, insurance company)
- Swiss German fluency,
- Ability to speak confidently to senior management and stakeholders and run workshops.
- Good interpersonal skills.
