HR Business Partners - Casework Specialist

Our Global Defence client requires a number of HR Business Partners at various levels to work as part of a multi- functional HR team.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge on a range of complex employee cases. Working closely with the employee's managers you will be responsible for resolving the cases to satisfactory conclusions & identify development needs. You must be able to demonstrate extensive hands on skills in dealing with sensitive cases and managing casework across a large and diverse organisation alongside skills in working with Unions. This will be a great opportunity to be responsible for setting and developing policy to support a new business approach and shaping the organisations future

Experience and Knowledge sought:

* The ability to manage multiple difficult cases.

* Experience in working with Trade Unions.

* Excellent Communication skills.

* Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.

* Development of Relationships with all levels of the business.

* Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a large corporation.

* A familiarity of providing information and service to a varied internal employee base.

It is desirable although not essential that candidates are CIPD qualified as well as having some knowledge of the Defence market.

All successful candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain Security Clearance to SC level.
