THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE SOMEONE WITH:
- 5-7 years of consulting if they started as a grad
- HR Business Partner - with a little consulting.
- Fairly fresh and dynamic and diligent person who can work with senior HR stakeholders.
- Worked at big consulting firms for 5 -7 years (Deloitte, Accenture)
- Worked on the systems there and worked on people and change management.
-Previous consultancy/project management experience
-Talent Management process/talent systems expertise
-Experience of deploying one or more HR (preferably Talent system) projects (prior CornerStone on Demand experience ideal)
- Senior stakeholder engagement ideally at a large, global corporate
- Proactive self-starter, able to hit the ground running
