Annapurna HR are currently working with an organisation going through vast change and who really value the HR department. This UK leading organisation are looking for a motivated individual to really hit the ground running in a very exciting role.
Looking after a client group of around 300, the role will be responsible for the full HR generalist remit such as performance and talent management, handling and coaching on all ER related issues, succession planning and so on. There will be some travel in the role up towards the Midlands area but not often.
The ideal candidate will also possess the below experience and qualifications:
- Change Management
- TUPE transfers
- Working with Trade Unions
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
This is a fantastic role within a very successful and growing organisation and one of which should not be missed by anyone who really wants to make a difference within the HR department of a very reputable organisation.
