SKILLS

-Ideally full membership of CIPD
-Up-to-date on employment legislation and HR best practice
-Proven experience in an HR Generalist role
-Some experience of HR policy development and implementation
-Experience of case management, including complex and challenging cases
-Able to influence at senior management levels
-Negotiation skills, strong-minded, able to argue a case
-Effective relationship-building with key stakeholders
-Delivery and customer service focussed
-Ability to develop strategic understanding and consultancy skills
-Ability to provide succinct, relevant and pragmatic advice to management and develop solutions in complex -cases
-Excellent commercial and operational awareness and the ability to translate this into workable HR solutionswell-organised, self-motivated
