Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an HR Business Partner (80% - 100%) for a 6 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to support internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business and partners with the division and the cross-divisional HR team in supporting "state-of-the-art" HR procedures that ensure effective recruitment, performance, development and talent management. -You are responsible for
-Contributing to the HR business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes
-Supporting line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy
-Helping the business leaders provide employees with development opportunities and ensuring that they are able to meet current and future performance targets
-Assuming responsibility for preparing the annual Organisation and Talent Review cycle in collaboration with the regional and local businesses
-Providing expert advice and coaching to manager and associates when appropriate
-Implementing and facilitating global and regional HR initiatives for the local organisation
-Identifying and driving the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement and when appropriate on a divisional and cross divisional level
-Managing specific HR projects as determined and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
-Participating in change management and organisational development initiatives
-Liaising with the Regional HR team and driving best practice sharing
Requirements
-Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, organizational development, or a related degree required
-Fluent in German & English, French is an asset
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role or as a specialist ( ie Trainingfurther HR qualification desirable
-Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (eg, workforce planning and talent management)
-Is familiar with the legal and social security regulations in Switzerland
