HR Business Partner

This role, a HR Business Partner - which is a 6 month fixed term contract will see you being an advisory figure involved in the management of staff assisting in the mechanics of teamwork and being part of the policies and procedures of this world famous client.
You will be an asset to our client, as an HR Business Partner/Advisor in your knowledge and experience in coaching - developing and advising line managers in their people management responsibilities. One day you will be managing employee relations the next you will be required to advise on employment law. Your day to day work will see you prioritise your own workload and that of others to be sure of delivering a high quality advisory service - usually working to tight dead-lines and adjusting plans in response to changing circumstances
