HR Business Partner - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate

A blue chip Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their site in Warwick.

Job Purpose:-
To deliver tailored HR business partnering support to an assigned business area on all people related activities, including strategic people plan development as well as BAU interpretation and application of wider HR policy in order to suit specific business requirements.

Key Experience Required:- Demonstrable experience providing professional, risk-based advice, tailored to the needs of the business, ideally within a large, global or utility sector organisation
*Broad knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR activities in order to provide a rounded service to the operating unit
*Influencing and communication skills in order to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and with a broad range of stakeholders
*Ability to analyse complex situation and make well-considered decisions quickly and confidently
*Experience of managing projects from initiation to implementation and review

Key Tasks:- *Provide high quality, consistent, risk-based HR business partnering support to an assigned business area, in support of their strategic people priorities and BAU people management activities such as the performance; reward and talent management processes, acting as a trusted advisor to build a reputation as a credible, professional and flexible HR professional.
*Work with the business area to understand, influence and challenge business decisions, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improved ways of working.
*Analyse key themes, trends (internal and external) and performance metrics in order to support customer focused decision making and better business planning.
*Provide support to projects to address developmental goals for the business area, with typical timescales of [3 - 6 months] including organisational design activity.
*Keep up to date with legislative developments/changes in order to ensure the optimisation of best practice for the client.
*Proactively seek opportunities to build their knowledge of their customer's business and requirements in order to provide tailored 'fit for purpose' advice.
