Bank of America is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of HR for EMEA GTO, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing human resource support and leadership to senior management in EMEA for the following groups: Global Wholesale Banking Technology & Operations and Shared Services Operations.

You will have experience of:
Working with different areas-this role you will work with the treasury Front Office and other shared serviced such as anti-money laundering, payments. Experience in this is not essential but working with different areas would be
Organisation design and organisation development
Compensation, Talent planning, performance processes

(Responsibilities)

* Act as the HR Manager to the following primary clients and their respective teams (full time headcount in brackets):
o EMEA Global Wholesale Banking Treasury Executive (179)
o EMEA Wholesale Banking Operations, Fulfillment, Service, Card Executive (329)
o EMEA Payments Operations Executive (188)
o Global GBAM AML Operations Executive (53)
Provide HR counsel & support to senior leaders to make appropriate people decisions in support of their business plan
Build strong partnership with business leaders in order to be able to influence, advise and coach as required
Work closely with both US and local HR colleagues (based in London, Chester, Ireland and the branches) to ensure seamless delivery of global processes
Ensure smooth delivery of core processes to the client groups:
o Compensation (annual cycle related activity and ad hoc issues)
o Annual Promotion processes
o Talent & Performance management
o Initial point of contact for employee relations issues
Partner with specialist functions including Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, L&LD, Diversityand review HR metrics such as turnover data, diversity dashboards, employee engagement etc for the businesses to drive HR strategy

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
* A broad understanding of all major HR disciplines
Banking/Financial or similar
* Strong communication skills and ability to challenge, influence and persuade others
* Commercial acumen and willingness to learn the business of the client group
* Proven client relationship building, consulting, influencing and engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and as a part of multiple teams, both across the region and globally in a heavily matrixed environment
